ServiceNow Architect Job

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow architect to lead our team in designing and implementing innovative solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• • Define the technical architecture for ServiceNow solutions, including modules, business processes, system integrations, and customizations, ensuring coherence, efficiency, and scalability.
• • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow technical solutions that meet business needs and strategic objectives.
• • Establish and promote best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, testing procedures, and agile development methodologies, to ensure consistency and quality of implemented solutions.
• • Design and develop customizations and integrations on ServiceNow to extend platform functionality and ensure interoperability with other enterprise systems.
• • Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding team members in designing and developing technical solutions on ServiceNow.
• • Monitor ServiceNow system performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience of applications. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Essential:
• • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related fields.
• • Significant experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, including deep knowledge of the platform and its features.
• • ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer).
• • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex solutions on ServiceNow, including data models, workflows, access, security, and system integrations.
• • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding technical teams towards project goals.
