Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst III to support a utilities client local to San Antonio. The role involves assessing client needs through a structured requirements process, aligning technology solutions with business processes, and investigating technology and business issues to develop ideas and positions. It includes analyzing customer systems and operations to identify strengths and weaknesses, developing business requirements for ServiceNow implementation, and creating user stories, use case diagrams, and value stream maps. The responsibilities also cover developing and validating user test cases, reviewing and approving test plans, and ensuring that business requirements are met by the solutions with minimal risk. Additionally, the role involves investigating problems, identifying risks, developing communication materials, and researching best practices for ServiceNow implementation and administration. Establishing and maintaining relationships with business partners, keeping customers informed, analyzing performance metrics, and providing end-user and customer communication and training for ServiceNow are also key aspects of the job.

Skills And Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant technical configuration experience within ServiceNow (2-3 of those being in development)

 - 2-3 years of experience creating technical workflows within ServiceNow

 - 2-3 years of technical experience working in service catalogs

 - In-depth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes in order to build workflows around business functionality to effectively automate internal processes.

Experience working with ITSM, specifically in Service Management - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (or equivalent work experience)

 - Proficiency in (International Institute of Business Analysis) IIBA principles and practices

 - 2-3 years of experience with hands on ServiceNow implementations have implantation partner

 - SNOW Development certification null
