Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert ServiceNow Solution Developer to lead our ServiceNow solution development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise, designing complex ServiceNow solutions, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of ServiceNow applications within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve ServiceNow solution effectiveness.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITIL Processes.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, proposing enhancements and upgrades as necessary.
• Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow capabilities to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, IRM, SecOps) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for software design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ITIL Foundations certification in v3 or later.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Physical Demands

• Sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer for a considerable amount of time.
• Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping may be required.
• Critical nature of this job may require extended hours, overtime, and weekends.
• Lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs may be required occasionally.
