As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement within existing service operations related to ServiceNow solutions. You will play a key role in the sales cycle by delivering demos, preparing presentations to clients, and designing solution architecture. Additionally, you will bring thought leadership and business acumen to effectively address client issues/demands related to ServiceNow solutions. ">
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with clients to understand current ServiceNow environment
- Collecting critical data points for scoping and designing ServiceNow Solution
- Carrying discussions with client and team regarding ServiceNow modules, configuration requirements, and best practices
- Developing staff solution plans
- Working with project teams to execute on service delivery plans
- Providing guidance and overview of testing procedures
- Working with client stakeholders for validation of implementation/configuration
- Ensuring proper migration from development to production of any ServiceNow modules
- Working with IBM project teams and account teams on project oversight, including quality and governance
