ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, flexible, and maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow framework or partnering with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
• Design and implement solutions that include leading proofs of concept for new technologies
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS, APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certs required and CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) strongly preferred
• Experience in supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective
• Strong understanding of practical application of ServiceNow as it relates to industry solutions
• Proven familiarity with ServiceNow and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions
