ServiceNow GRC Expert

Job Overview \

As a seasoned Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing tailored solutions to help organizations thrive in an ever-evolving regulatory landscape. \

Working closely with architects and clients, you will leverage your expertise to craft innovative GRC processes and functionalities that drive business success. Your responsibilities will encompass configuring and customizing ServiceNow GRC applications, developing workflows, and integrating third-party systems to create seamless and efficient operational experiences. \

With a passion for staying ahead of the curve, you will continuously monitor the latest ServiceNow releases and features, applying this knowledge to enhance risk management and compliance processes within our client's organization. \

Key Responsibilities \

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized GRC solutions aligned with their business objectives and industry best practices.\
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architectures, configurations, and integrations.\
• Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC applications and modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity Management, and other related modules.\
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories with technical specifications, participating in workshops to gather and validate requirements.\
• Work within an Agile framework, creating user stories, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives, and delivering solutions iteratively.\
• Develop custom integrations between ServiceNow GRC and other systems using APIs and scripting, customizing applications and modules for specific business needs.\
• Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customizations, developing and executing test plans and scripts.\
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow GRC solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.\
• Analyze existing GRC processes and identify improvement opportunities using ServiceNow, recommending and implementing process improvements.\
• Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow GRC capabilities and best practices to business stakeholders, assisting with solution selection and road-mapping.\
• Mentor and train other team members on ServiceNow GRC functionalities and best practices.\

• Experience/Education/Certifications\
• \
• BA/BS Degree in IT, Computer Science, IS, or a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.\
• 4+ Years ServiceNow experience, including custom development, configuration.\
• 2+ Years ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience.\
• High Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Builder for Workspaces, etc.).\
• Strong understanding of GRC/IRM best practices and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT).\
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP).\
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.\
• Business Process and Solution design experience is a plus.\
• Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate with all levels of our organization.\
• Certified ServiceNow GRC Professional or Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance.\
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred.\
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred.\
