Job Description

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team in support of Federal Government clients.

This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborating with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
• Performing unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
• Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools used by Federal Government clients.
• Optimizing application performance and scalability.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
• Staying current with ServiceNow updates, patches, and new features.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification is also highly desirable.

A strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript and AngularJS, is essential.

Experience with ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and web services is also required.

A good understanding of ITSM processes and best practices, such as ITIL, is necessary.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Jira, is also beneficial.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.

Able to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
