Senior ServiceNow Consultant

As a seasoned expert in ServiceNow GRC, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions within the platform. You will collaborate with architects and clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective GRC processes and functionalities.

• Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC applications and modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity Management, and other related modules.
• Analyze business requirements for GRC processes, translating them into user stories with technical specifications.
• Work within an Agile framework, creating user stories, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives, and delivering solutions iteratively.

You will also provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow GRC solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements. Additionally, you will analyze existing GRC processes and identify improvement opportunities using ServiceNow. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow, including custom development and configuration.
• Strong understanding of GRC best practices and frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Benefits
