Job Opportunity: Applications Engineer - ServiceNow Platform

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a strategic role in supporting and enhancing our global ServiceNow platform, the enterprise system of record for ITSM and ITOM functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the platform while driving enhancements and integrations across our global infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage upgrades, configurations, and patching of ServiceNow
• Design and implement scalable platform enhancements per ServiceNow best practices
• Maintain and monitor MID Servers for high availability and optimal configuration
• Provide day-to-day operational support across ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM)
• Lead integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub
• Collaborate on Agile/Scrum teams to gather requirements and define user stories
• Ensure compliance with firm-wide security policies and ISO 27001/2 standards Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules)
• 4+ years in IT operations with cross-functional collaboration
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices About the Role:
