Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD expert to lead the design, development, and implementation of HR processes that improve the employee experience. This role will partner closely with HR and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, streamline operations, and support user training and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including the Employee Service Center and integrations with Workday.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Customize workflows and troubleshoot application issues.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize HR processes.
- Deliver training and maintain clear documentation on system use and customizations. Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience implementing and managing ServiceNow HRSD in a corporate setting.
- A strong understanding of HR process automation and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday.
- ServiceNow certifications: CAD and CSA.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Benefits
