ServiceNow Technical Consultant Position

The position of ServiceNow Technical Consultant is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to utilize their skills in developing, designing, and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement customized software solutions using ServiceNow JavaScript API's
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow system performance for optimal efficiency
• Develop and maintain documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide expert-level technical support and training to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
• 1+ year of experience in a consulting role delivering software implementations
• Expertise in ServiceNow JavaScript API's and Script Includes
• Working proficiency in Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP), XML, and JSON knowledge
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and Operating System expertise
