Job Duties:

• Consult the business teams to write the requirements for new ServiceNow functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that align with best practices.
• Analyze UI pages to use in catalog items using UI scripts to make client-side changes.
• Develop the Service Catalog that includes creating items, workflows, and catalog client scripts using the Service Portal.
• Implement Service Catalog items, workflows, and approvals.
• Compile the views to pull reports on variables which are being used by the catalog items.
• Analyze various ServiceNow application customizations according to project requirements.
• Prepare data between various ServiceNow instances using Update Sets.
• Compile the front-end of the application using HTML, XML, XSL, XSLT, jQuery, CSS, and Ajax
• Perform and consuming RESTful and SOAP Web Services and REST API.

All the responsibilities mentioned above are in line with the professional background and requires an absolute minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
