Lead Software ServiceNow Developer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Developer to join our team.

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable applications and ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications and ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and architectural decisions.
• Guide and mentor development teams, fostering best practices in clean code, design patterns, and secure coding.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
• Drive DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in software development, with 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow development (Workflows, Catalogs, IntegrationHub, CMDB, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, including containerization (Docker), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and Infrastructure as Code.
