We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow administrator to collaborate with business users to identify, refine, and implement business requirements and workflows. ">

The successful candidate will provide configuration and customization support in ServiceNow, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations. ">

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from various business units.
• Work closely with the ServiceNow technical team to design, configure, and customize new applications and modules.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to implement changes in ServiceNow.
• Manage key ServiceNow projects, reporting directly to the onsite director. ">Requirements:

3 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow to meet business needs. ">

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience. ">

Healthcare industry experience is an asset. ">

Proficient in reporting and strong skills in creating and utilizing ServiceNow reporting features. ">

At least 3 years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements. "] ,
