• Full lifecycle Catalog Item & Request Item Design, Build, Maintain

• Catalog Builder Implementation experience including roles, security, configuration

• Extensive Workflow Studio / Flow Designer experience creating complex forms, approvals, branching, dynamic choices, and complex workflows.

• Experience building Order Guides, Content Items, Record Producers, and Execution Plans

• Skilled at configuring for scale including use of Variable Sets, UI Policies

• Scripting (Client side, Server Side) (JavaScript)

• Experience incorporating APIs, IntegrationHub/Spokes, import sets and scripted flows into Catalog & Request

• Source control and environment migration experience specific to moving Catalog Items from DEV to PROD
