Senior ServiceNow Developer

Allied Consultants, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has for 33 years been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to be a key resource on a technical services team.

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
• Implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions for client projects.
• Configure workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations meeting client, DIR, and W3C standards and agency policies.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and ITSM goals.
• Support System Acceptance/User Acceptance testing and resolve issues. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Candidates who do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) may still be considered but will be less competitive.

• Experience: 8+ years as a Senior ServiceNow Developer in enterprise-level environments.
• Scripting Skills: Proficient in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes.
• Tools: Experience with Flow Designer and configuring ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, and Request.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server), CMDB, or HRSD modules.
• Experience with scoped application development, instance administration, upgrades, and ITIL v3/v4 practices.
