Must have:
- Requires US Citizenship.
- Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance.
- Hold an active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher (e.g., Security+).
- Must be able to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, or Ogden, UT for full-time on-site support.
- Bachelor's Degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or Master's with 6 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
- At least 6 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
- At least 4 years of ServiceNow development.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks.
- Ability to multi task and self assign work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with a virtual team, including the ability to present to both customers and program leadership.
- Ability to develop and present management level briefings.
- Demonstrate potential and willingness to learn and adapt to rapid changes in technology.
- Willing to assist and train junior developers.
Responsibilities:
As a Sr
ServiceNow Developer, you will:
- Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow's ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
- Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
- Create, maintain, and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
- Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc.).
- Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
- Assist with the design, creation, and cataloging of business process flows.
- Work with other members of the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies.
- Perform tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs.
- Support business process reengineering activities to move ticketing and order management capabilities into ServiceNow.
- Identify trends and patterns in unstructured and semistructured customer data to improve customer experience and network performance.
- Interact with customers to address Systems Engineering technical issues.
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Orchestrate and automate tasks.
- Design and build ServiceNow Applications, integrating with other applications and platforms in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Collaborate on ongoing projects and ensure development is on track.
- Follow and maintain documentation best practices throughout ServiceNow development.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather input for ongoing ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
- Review UI/UX requirements from external and internal teams for alignment in ServiceNow development.
- Use appropriate programming methodologies and languages while adhering to coding standards.
- Support data migration as needed.
- Design and implement solutions following established Configuration Management policies and standards.
- Integrate data into a unified CMDB, maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Mentor junior developers throughout projects.

This position supports the Global Solutions Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) contract at DISA, focusing on the operations, sustainment, maintenance, repair, and defense of the Defense Information System Network (DISN) within the DOD Information Network (DODIN). The role involves transforming DISA's operational mission through innovation and supporting DISA's mission partners. Candidates must be able to be on-site at Fort Meade, Scott AFB, or Hill AFB daily. At a minimum, a Secret clearance is required at the start of employment, and within 14 days of the start date, the employee must obtain their Security+ certification. The pay range for this position is $104, $189,175.00, which is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant factors.
