Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our ServiceNow platform. As a key member of our IT team, you will oversee the daily administration of our ServiceNow instance, ensuring seamless performance and optimal utilization.

• Manage user access, roles, and permissions to maintain a secure and efficient system environment.
• Configure and maintain forms, workflows, and business rules to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure high availability.
• Craft and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to boost data exchange and collaboration.
• Develop and execute automation scripts to automate routine tasks and optimize workflows.
• Provide technical support for ServiceNow-related issues and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Profound knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
