We are seeking a skilled professional to fill an immediate opening for a ServiceNow Technology Engineer. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.

Position: ServiceNow Technology Engineer

Locations: Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 10 months

• ITOM & Discovery Experience: Configuration into CMDB, Custom Probes & Sensors, MID Server Configurations, IP Range Creation, Service Mapping, Service Gap Connectors. Service Graph & Mapping Experience: Service Mapping Implementation, CI Relationship Management. Configurations Experience: Configuration of ITBM, HRSD, CSM. Creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI & Data Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Access Control Lists. Integration & Automation Experience: ServiceNow Integration with Salesforce, WorkDay, Ping, CyberArk, HAM, SAM, Azure, Dynatrace, Splunk. Performance Analytics Design & Implementation: Dashboard, Reports. ITSM Experience: Change, Incident, Demand, Portfolio, Knowledge, Problem management. Migration & Upgrade: ServiceNow version upgrade, Use of ATF, Update set migration between lower env instances. Service Portal, Employee Centre, Employee Centre Pro, Service Catalog Experience.
