ServiceNow Solutions Engineer

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer \Entities.

• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITAM (SAM, HAM), and CMDB.
• Develop custom applications, workflows and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Perform system maintenance, user administration, and configuration management.
• Ensure platform performance, security and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide training documentation and support for ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• ITOM, ITAM or CMDB Implementation certification.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other relevant scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Willingness to undergo extensive background checks.
