This is a senior software development position that involves designing and implementing software solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

• Create, test, and maintain software applications using the ServiceNow Application Platform.
• Develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform component integration tests.
• Understand business needs and develop solutions to standardize processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Resolve escalated issues with a sense of urgency.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Certification in ServiceNow Application Development.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Jelly, and SOAP.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs and client-server-side Javascript.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
