ServiceNow Technical Specialist Job Opportunity
This is a long-term job opportunity for a ServiceNow Technical Specialist.
- We are seeking an experienced individual to implement secure and scalable PHI-sensitive applications on the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing customer support case management solutions, migrating existing instances from commercial cloud to government community cloud, and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in leading migrations of legacy system data onto the ServiceNow platform.
Bonus points if you have experience working with Archer GRC Tools or implementing GenAI capabilities on ServiceNow to drive customer support efficiencies.
About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:
