Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow CMDB and HRSD modules
• Coordinate with Contract Manager to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Ensure integration of CMDB with IT asset management, change management, and other ITSM processes
• Support the development of HR workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee service requests
• Manage data migration from legacy HR systems into ServiceNow
• Ensure compliance with state security standards and policies (e.g., NIST, FIPS, SAM, SIMM)
• Facilitate documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal staff
• Monitor project risks, issues, and performance metrics; provide regular status updates

Must Have:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing ServiceNow projects, including HRSD and CMDB modules
• At least two completed ServiceNow HRSD implementations with the last 10 years
• At least two completed ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB implementations within the last 10 years
• Experience with Employee Center Pro implementation
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Discovery, ACLs, COE Security Configuration, and integration with external systems

Nice to Have:

• Experience with California State Government IT projects
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery (CIS-Disco)
• Certified in Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Experience working with ServiceNow Elite Partners
