Chief ServiceNow Integration Specialist

Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer and Architect

• Lead the configuration and setup of multiple ServiceNow instances, developing scalable architectures to meet complex business requirements.
• Design and implement robust Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and Service Request Management solutions.
• Configure SSO, email notifications, MID Server setup, user groups, and permissions to ensure seamless integration and security.
• Develop and integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications, leveraging expertise in REST, SOAP, and API connectors.
• Implement and maintain CMDB, ITSM, ITOM Discovery and Service Management, HAM, SAM, Chatbot, and SecOps solutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership in functional, system, integration, data migration, performance, and cross-browser testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
