Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on experience. The role involves aligning business needs with ServiceNow solutions, working on ITSM, ITOM, and Scoped Applications. Candidates must be ServiceNow Certified (CSA or CIS) and experienced in automated testing and agile methodologies.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years in ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM (CMDB), Flow Designer
• ServiceNow Certification (CSA or CIS)
• Experience in automated testing, test management
• Agile, SaFe, DevOps, or ITIL knowledge

Nice-to-Have:

• Business Continuity Management
• Major Security Incident Management (MSIM)
