About the Role

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Customer Technology Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a certified expert in ServiceNow, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to industry best practices.

You will work closely with client stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business outcomes. Your strong technical and business acumen will enable you to provide value-driven solutions within ServiceNow.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow solution architecture across complex transformation engagements.
• Define end-to-end platform strategy, data architecture, and integration design.
• Govern technical delivery to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and platform standards.
• Create and review High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and solution blueprints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Define and enforce platform governance frameworks and architectural standards.
• Stay current with the Now Platform's new features, capabilities, and roadmap.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a professional with:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect across multiple implementations.
• Deep knowledge of multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, GRC).
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, integrations (REST, SOAP), and CMDB architecture.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture, MID Servers, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
