Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: 100% Remote (USA)

Contract Duration: 6 months

This role is responsible for designing a service catalog for MSK's Facilities team using ServiceNow. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, documentation, and testing of all catalog items and their associated workflows for the Facilities team.

The role requires experience in live remote or in-person trainings, with excellent public speaking skills and experience working in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement using ServiceNow.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers and administrators to design and implement solutions.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective user adoption.
• Perform data analysis and reporting within ServiceNow to support business decision-making.
• Maintain system integrity by ensuring compliance with best practices and governance policies.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years as a Business Analyst supporting ServiceNow ITSM
