Senior ServiceNow Solution Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.

This role requires a critical thinker with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ITIL Processes.

• Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Design custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven minimum 3 years' experience across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for software design.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Holds an active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification.
• Holds an active ITIL Foundations certification in v3 or later.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
