We seek a seasoned ServiceNow professional to join our program team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in ServiceNow configuration, administration, and workflow automation. ">Key Responsibilities ">

• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Lead Developer to configure, administer, and optimize ServiceNow for all aspects of SUBMEPP operations.
• Assist the development team in designing, creating, and managing App Engine workflows, including automating approvals, tasks, and notifications.
• Configure workflows using best practices and coordinate with Business Analysts and System Administrators on platform changes. ">Required Skills and Qualifications ">

Security Clearance: DoD Active Secret Clearance Required ">

Certification: SSCP - Systems Security Certified Practitioner ">

Education Requirement: BS IT degree ">

• Team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Expertise with Software Development Life Cycle
• Familiarity with CMMI
