Job Description

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. You will work closely with our team to analyze customer requirements, develop solution architectures, and implement process workflows and automation strategies.

• Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
• Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews.
• Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, excellent technical leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and succinctly. \Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's and 3 years of experience, Master's and 1 year of experience or 7+ in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
• 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews
• Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
• Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts
• Experience supporting IT-related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
• Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
• Experience with the US Federal Government
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Benefits
