Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid)

Summary:

Seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals to support ITSM administration and workflow development. Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in platform configuration, ITSM modules, scripting, and workflow automation.

Requirements:

4+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience

Proficient in Flow Designer, business rules, and scripting (JavaScript)

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

ServiceNow CSA certification preferred
