Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD modules, Employee Service Center, and HR Integrations.
- Collaborate with HR and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Customize and develop ServiceNow HRSD and workflows to meet specific business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRSD applications and integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow, specifically focused on HRSD.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow HRSD solutions in a corporate environment.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD with Workday.
- Certified in CAD & CSA
