Senior ServiceNow FSM Software Engineer

Job Title: ServiceNow FSM Developer

As a skilled Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and scripting the technical solution on the ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) platform to ensure successful deployments.

You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements and complete the development of the agreed-upon solution. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM certification
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications
• At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM projects
• Experience working in an Agile development environment Benefits:

• Solid understanding of creating Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
• Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
• Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration
• Understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, etc.
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNote, with both standard scripting tools and ServiceNote accelerators
• Experience with working or developing with JavaScript-HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS is a plus
