• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of IT strategy, ITIL principles, and best practices
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and prioritize business needs
• Experience designing ServiceNow catalog items, automations, and workflows
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and implementations
• Ability to act as a bridge between business users and development teams
• Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Experience managing projects using Jira is a plus

Responsibilities

• Translate user requests into well-defined epics and user stories
• Partner with ServiceNow users to analyze workflows and drive continuous improvements
• Apply ServiceNow best practices to craft efficient solutions
• Design and maintain visual process flows for stakeholder approvals
• Monitor enhancement ticket queue and manage requests
• Develop UAT plans and create end-user training materials
• Track project progress and document key updates
• Research and recommend enhancements to optimize ServiceNow usage
• Collaborate closely with ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM process owners
• Follow and maintain documentation standards for consistency
• Promote awareness of ServiceNow capabilities across business teams

Qualifications

• ServiceNow certification (preferred)
• ITIL certification (preferred)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (preferred)
• Coding experience (preferred)
