Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules to support Associate Relations Case Management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding relevant frameworks and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop ServiceNow solutions using Web Services, MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and custom applications.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs.
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, and permissions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and procedures.
Support audits and compliance reviews by ensuring data integrity and access controls.
Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.
Experience with CMDB, LDAP, SSO, and integration with enterprise systems.
ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ServiceNow CMS/ESS Portal.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to HRSD, GRC, or SecOps modules is a plus.
Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, UiPath).
Additional Notes
This role may involve collaboration with global teams and require flexibility in working hours. Familiarity with internal tools such as Workday and Fieldglass, and experience supporting Associate Relations workflows in ServiceNow, would be advantageous.
