Job Description – ServiceNow Practice Lead (Contractual)

• Seeking a senior professional with 15+ years of experience in driving and managing ServiceNow practices across large-scale enterprises.
• Proven expertise in defining strategic roadmaps, driving platform adoption, and ensuring business-IT alignment.
• Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) is a strong plus.
• Looking for a ServiceNow champion with deep technical and functional knowledge of the platform.
