Experienced ServiceNow Developer and Business Analyst Roles

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as ServiceNow Developers and Business Analysts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

About the Role:

• Key Responsibilities:
• • Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the ServiceNow platform
• • Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using Scripted Rest API, Rest API (Outbound & Inbound) & Authentication Process
• • Implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics & Employee Centre Knowledge
• • Troubleshooting issues and providing consultative guidance to stakeholders and team members
• • Multitasking, self-learning, and demonstrating good functional knowledge
• • Leading projects, supporting activities, and training or mentoring other developers
• • Communicating, presenting, and problem-solving effectively
• • Understanding ITIL/ITSM processes and ITBM process and implementation

Requirements:

• For ServiceNow Developer role:
• • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• • Hands-on experience in Glide Scripting, Java Script, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX & AngularJS
• • Hands-on experience on various ServiceMow modules such as ITOM, HRSD and fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
• • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD, HRSD
• For Business Analyst role:
• • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a ServiceNow environment.
• • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
• • Proficiency in ITIL v3 or v4.
• • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• • ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification is a plus.
