Job Title: Experienced ServiceNow Developer and Business Analyst

Work Mode: Remote Work from Home.

Mandatory Experience: 4-8 years.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers and Business Analysts to join our dynamic team and lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

  • About the Role (ServiceNow Developer):
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
    • Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using Scripted Rest API, Rest API (Outbound & Inbound) & Authentication Process.
    • Implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics & Employee Centre Knowledge.
    • Troubleshooting issues and providing consultative guidance to stakeholders and team members.
    • Multitasking, self-learning, and demonstrating good functional knowledge.
    • Leading projects, supporting activities, and training or mentoring other developers.
    • Communicating, presenting, and problem-solving effectively.
    • Understanding ITIL/ITSM processes and ITBM process and implementation.
  • About the Role (Business Analyst):
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Requirement Gathering: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
    • Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.
    • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
    • Implementation Oversight: Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
    • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing to verify that solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
    • User Support: Provide ongoing support to end-users, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and trends to drive innovation.
