We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains and enterprise systems.

About the Role:

As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and CSM modules. You will create sustainable, scalable, and extensible architecture solutions that meet client business objectives. Additionally, you will provide technical direction and mentoring to developers and implementation teams, define and enforce best practices for development, coding standards, and platform usage, conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and design for ServiceNow solutions
• Create scalable and extensible architecture solutions
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to developers and implementation teams
• Define and enforce best practices for development, coding standards, and platform usage
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT (4 years as ServiceNow Architect)
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development and architecture
• Deep experience in REST/SOAP APIs, integration strategies, and external system architecture
• Expertise in CMDB, Service Portal, Performance Analytics, and enterprise data models
• Working knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and DevOps methodologies

Certifications:

• CSA – Certified System Administrator
• CIS – ITSM
• CIS – HRSD
• CIS – GRC
