Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions, including integrations with other IT systems and custom applications.

Develop and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand IT service management requirements.

Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems, such as monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and CMDBs.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and custom applications.

Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and best practices.
Requirements:

6+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM consulting, with a focus on integrations and custom applications.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM architecture, configuration, and customization.

Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies, such as APIs, web services, and MID Server.

Proficiency in developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Understanding of ITIL principles and practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
