Status: Full-time
Clearance Level: TS/SCI
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required (Master's may substitute for 2 years of experience)
Certs: IAT Level II Certification
(Must hold one of the following: Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, or SSCP) Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent experience Salary: 70,000-$85,000

This role is key to enabling incident response, ticket management, and workflow automation in support of Joint Cyber Command and Control (JCC2) operations. Required Skills * 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Proficiency with: * ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Custom script development (JavaScript, Glide API)
- CMDB, workflows, business rules, and UI actions
- Understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and user support skills
