Job Title: System Developer and ServiceNow Expert \
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a system developer with expertise in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in IT service management, as well as a robust understanding of ITIL. \
The successful candidate will work independently and in coordination with other team members to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs and bring value to end-users. A high level of intellectual curiosity, a passion for improving existing processes, and a willingness to learn new technical skills are key success factors for this role. \
The job responsibilities include providing advanced-level assistance to ServiceNow admins for day-to-day operations/support cases, leading the development and deployment of new integrations with internal/external systems, and customizing and configuring roles, permissions, business rules, workflows, and UI policies using JavaScript. \
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience, 6-8+ years working in an IT environment, and 5-7+ years of ServiceNow technical experience. Additionally, they should have proficiency in customizing ServiceNow through form customizations, business rules, workflows, client scripts, script includes, UI policies/actions, security rules, and other ServiceNow constructs. \
A strong understanding of CSDM and CMDB, including integrating and importing data using ITOM discovery tools (SCCM, JAMF, Qualys), is also required. Experience in full project life cycle development for systems and applications, as well as SDLC and/or Agile development methodology, is essential. \
Other key qualifications include strong analytical and critical thinking skills, self-motivation, detail-orientation, organization, multitasking, prioritization, and flexibility to meet changing priorities and challenges. \

Responsibilities: \ \
- Provide advanced-level assistance to ServiceNow admins for day-to-day operations/support cases.\
- Lead the development and deployment of new integrations with internal/external systems.\
- Customize and configure roles, permissions, business rules, workflows, and UI policies using JavaScript.\
- Interface regularly with team members, providing quality ServiceNow end-user support, while delivering exceptional customer service.\
- Engage in all aspects of Agile development, including understanding business requirements and testing support to analyze and mitigate issues.\
- Participate in Code reviews and change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications.\
- Perform Tier-3 support activities and tasks for ServiceNow as required.\
- Interface with third-party software vendors to escalate and resolve software/technical problems.\
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business owners, solution architects, business systems analysts, project managers, and other engineers/developers to discuss technical options and pros/cons to meet business requirements to achieve secure and scalable solutions while consistently applying best practices.\
- Promote and follow established processes, policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and standards.\ \
Qualifications: \ \
- Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience.\
