Transformative ServiceNow Architect Role

We seek a visionary technical expert to lead our projects and spearhead innovative ServiceNow solutions. As an Architect, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and ensuring seamless project delivery.

To excel in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation. Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITSM solutions is essential.

A strong background in ITIL, preferably at a higher level, is required. Additionally, experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, is necessary. Scripting skills within the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc., are also crucial.

This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and situational awareness. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills are necessary for effective communication and collaboration with clients and team members. Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail are vital for delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SDLC processes implementing various project methodologies, such as waterfall, iterative, SAFe, Agile/Scrum. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time is also required.
