About the position
Cox Enterprises is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Admin Intern to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This internship offers a unique opportunity for college students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. As an intern, you will be exposed to meaningful and challenging work, allowing you to develop your professional skills in a supportive environment. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals, including an assigned program mentor, who will guide you through your tasks and help you navigate the complexities of the role. This position is designed to provide you with real accountability and the chance to expand your network through exposure to senior leaders within the company. In this role, you will assist the ServiceNow QA team with documenting test cases and executing them, as well as developing standard process documentation. You will collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect and Technical Lead to create workflow documentation and architecture diagrams. Additionally, you will work with system administrators to perform minor ServiceNow admin tasks, build simple catalog items and workflows, and assist the ServiceNow Development team with form building, script development, business rule development, UI actions, and workflows. This internship is a fantastic way to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the development of innovative solutions that are sustainable, accessible, and inclusive.
Responsibilities
- Assist ServiceNow QA with documenting test cases and test case execution ,
- Assist with developing standard process documentation ,

Requirements
- College student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline with a GPA of at least 3.0 ,
- Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills ,
- Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills ,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ,
- Foundational understanding of Microsoft Office 365 software products ,
- Foundational understanding of a software development language ,
- Foundational understanding of an automated software testing tool ,
- Foundational understanding of cloud applications ,
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment ,
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills ,
- Openness to receiving and applying feedback ,
- Ability to balance competing priorities ,
