The ServiceNow Principal Engineering Program Manager will work with engineering counterparts and executive stakeholders to define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. This role spans the life of a solution or service, including collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders, engaging with caregivers, working with engineering to define the solution or service, managing the release, establishing the solution/service's identity in the ecosystem, and connecting with and supporting the caregiver community.
This role operates in a fast-paced environment with constant demands for on-time delivery, requiring strong problem-resolution, decision-making, communication, and partnering skills. Collaboration with the business, fellow IS organizations, and project teams is critical for success. Location

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering (or equivalent education/experience)
- 8 or more years of related experience Preferred Qualifications
While not required, it's beneficial to have:
- 8 or more years of experience working directly with the ServiceNow platform, modules, and service offerings
- Experience in a Healthcare environment
- Agile Engineering Environment Experience
- Experience managing the Service Now suite of products
- Product Marketing
- Executive Level Presentation Skills
- Strong Understanding of Service Now modules & capabilities
