You are the ServiceNow Solution Architect responsible for leading the ServiceNow platform implementation and the industry best practices. You have a breadth of knowledge and experience in client delivery, business process best practices and functional design. As the Solution Architect you focus on delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions, from discovery to deployment, while collaborating with client stakeholders, functional and technical team members. You are a self-driven individual with a "get it done" attitude and passion to solve complex business and technology problems. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the ServiceNow platforms and products
- Lead functional and business design sessions; architect and document business process flows; identify gaps between client's current and desired end state
- Lead functional and business process teams
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality
- Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
- Follow and understand new ServiceNow products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
- Provide expertise during sales efforts to determine design, feasibility and estimations
- Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking, and client presentations
- Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of service management industry experience, the majority specifically with ServiceNow
- Expertise in one or multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, SPM, etc.
- Strong knowledge and experience of ServiceNow functional development and configuration. Specific qualifications:
- Understanding of function system architecture and ability to design scalable, maintainable and organized solutions.
- Understanding of key design patterns, ServiceNow data models and best practices.
- Expert understanding and experience of data sharing and visibility considerations.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and map to ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionality
- Requirements elicitation, analysis, management and documentation
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow & service management business processes with the ability to design and optimize business processes to ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionality
- Experience and exposure in NowAssist and ServiceNow AI product capabilities.
- Base understanding of technical areas of ServiceNow including Core platform functionality for process automation such as (Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flows etc).
- Excellent writing and oral communications skills
- Up-to-date knowledge and training on latest ServiceNow releases, features and developments.
- Active ServiceNow certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the Principal role, the base salary pay range is $122,000- $225,000. For this position at the Sr. Principal level the base salary pay range is $140,000 -$258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
