We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Data Migration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM development and implementation, with a focus on data migration processes. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer, implementing modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Mobile App, Virtual Agent.
- Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications according to approved design plans.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies including unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Proficiency in developing ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and LDAP queries for database connections to Oracle, MySQL, and Active Directory.
- Experience creating repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments with high availability.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and basic knowledge of ITIL standards.
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
- Participation in planning meetings and providing constructive feedback. Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience with Service Catalog module and creating custom applications.
- Creating request forms, integrating external systems, implementing security measures, and UI enhancements.
- Implementing custom widgets and backend scripting.
- Configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other platform functionalities.
- Developing integrations via APIs and web services.
- Managing workflows, SLAs, Import Sets, and Data Migration tasks.
- Creating Record Producers and Catalog Items.
- Scheduling jobs, events, and triggers as per business needs.
- Understanding ITSM and ITOM processes.
- Providing training and support to business users.
- Ensuring adherence to SDLC and best practices. Additional Skills and Qualities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and open to learning new technologies.
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
