The Role

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect & Product Owner, you'll lead the design, delivery and evolution of HR solutions within our enterprise ServiceNow instance.

You'll work closely with HR and CIO leadership to shape the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) roadmap, guide technical solutioning and manage development and project resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Ownership: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define, prioritize and maintain a strategic product roadmap for ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead and direct software developers, serve as the technical lead and solution architect for HR-related projects and configurations on ServiceNow.
  • Team & Delivery Oversight: Lead and mentor project development teams, drive agile sprint planning and execution across an ongoing program of work focused on HR digital transformation.
  • Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between HR and the enterprise CIO ServiceNow team, ensure compliance with CIO architecture, data privacy, security and development standards.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science preferred but required.
  • Manage 4 direct reports.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
  • 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with at least 3 years in solution architecture and/or product ownership roles.
  • 3 years expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and Integrations.
  • Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions within a global environment.

About the Opportunity

The compensation range for this position is $173,280 to $329,280 based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.
