JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Software Engineer | ServiceNow (Band C1)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Specialist with a strong background in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) . The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and knowledge sharing of ServiceNow HRSD solutions that enhance our HR processes and improve the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow HRSD Implementation:

Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD modules, Employee Service Center, and HR Integrations.

Collaborate with HR and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Customize and develop ServiceNow HRSD and workflows to meet specific business needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRSD applications and integrations.
Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes using ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.

Implement best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Training and Documentation:

Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for HR and IT staff on ServiceNow HRSD functionalities and best practices.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
Qualifications:
-
Experience with ServiceNow, specifically focused on HRSD.

Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow HRSD solutions in a corporate environment.

Experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD with Workday.

Certified in CAD & CSA

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.

Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM).

Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
