ServiceNow Solutions Architect

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to design and implement efficient solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

• You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective processes and functionalities.
• You will design technical architectures for ServiceNow solutions, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
• You will configure and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity Management, and other related modules.
• You will analyze business requirements for ServiceNow processes, translating them into user stories with technical specifications.
• You will work within an Agile framework, creating user stories, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives, and delivering solutions iteratively.
• You will develop custom integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and scripting.
• You will conduct thorough testing of configurations and customizations.
• You will provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow solutions.
• You will analyze existing ServiceNow processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• You will recommend and implement process improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience delivering complex ServiceNow GRC implementations.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of an organization from end users to senior executives.
• Capable and reliable in meeting tight schedules and deadlines as well as high attention to detail while maintaining clear customer expectations throughout the life cycle of an engagement.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, IS, or a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ Years ServiceNow experience, including custom development, configuration.
• 2+ Years ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience.
• High Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Builder for Workspaces, etc.).
• Strong understanding of GRC/IRM best practices and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate with all levels of our organization.
